Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday (except during the Holidays). 

We aim to ship all in stock standard orders within 24 hours. Orders received after 12 pm CT will be shipped out the following business day. If the product you ordered is at one of our booths, it may take an extra 1-2 business days for your order to ship. 

If you need something for a particular upcoming show or deadline, please comment in the "Special instructions for the seller" box at checkout and we'll do what we can. The more information for our warehouse the team, the better!

Your order may come from one or more of our warehouses and may arrive in multiple packages.

All refused shipments are subject to a 15% restocking fee and original shipping cost fee. Shipping fees related to international refusals are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please email us if you plan to refuse your package delivery.

All of our shirts are handmade items in very limited quantities, you may be contacted by a member of our customer service team about a replacement item if the original item is unavailable - our team will work to find a replacement you are thrilled about or we will issue a full refund for the original item.
