Returns at CR are easy! Unworn, non-sale products purchased from CR can be returned within 30 days of purchase for any reason for a full refund or exchange. Sale items and custom orders are final sale.

How do I return?

  • Visit our returns center RETURN PORTAL
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are returnable? 

  • Within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • In unused and resellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of non-sale purchased items for in-stock items or items set for pre-sale. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


You will have the option of a refund to your original form of payment or a store credit. Once we receive and inspect you return, you can expect to receive a refund confirmation email within 7 days. Please note that it can take up to 7 days for your credit card account to reflect your refund. Store credits will be emailed the same day your return is processed. 

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded or returned, unfortunately sale items are ALL SALES FINAL.

Custom and Made-to-Order Shirt:

Custom and shirts made-to-order are final sale. 


If you are return shipping an item for refund over $75, we ask that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.

We don’t accept returns on Gift Cards.
