We use the best 100% cotton on earth. Generally either Italian cotton from in Milan, or other top quality fabrics from Europe. These cottons are chosen for their feel or "hand," as well as their durability and color retention. Further, we use genuine Swarovski crystal accents and even our labels and fusing are the best available.
We have a proprietary cut that is longer in the sleeve and tail so our shirts look great while riding horses. Our Tradition/Pro cuts enables riders to roll back the cuff in adjustable amounts so you can go from riding to a social setting with a perfect fit. The longer tail prevents the shirt from pulling out while leaning over a horse. Finally, our buttons are spaced closer together so they don't get caught on the horn or reveal more than intended.
CR shirts are handmade in Dallas, TX by real people making a fair wage. We are fanatical about quality control and have a very rigorous inspection process. We sew on our buttons twice and use a very dense (and very straight) stitch count so that the shirts last a long time and the buttons stay on. Further- we protect our shirts throughout the process so they are perfect for our customers when they receive them.

How do I redeem my points?
You can use your points towards online purchases or at our booth. To access your coupons, log into your account on our website. Then at the bottom right corner of the screen there will be a black box labeled rewards. Click on that and your available coupons will populate. Simply click redeem then copy and paste the code into the "discount code" field at checkout.
Please note that only one coupon/promotion can be used per order.
Our Dallas / Plano warehouse isn't set-up as a traditional storefront - but you are more than welcome to stop by! We are located at 4440 Tradition Trail, Suite 114, Plano, TX 75093, USA and are typically in the office from 10-4 Monday through Friday. We can also make appointments with our owner for measuring for custom shirts as well. Please let us know when you are planning on stopping by and we will make the arrangements!
Returns at CR are easy! Unworn, non-sale products purchased from CR can be returned within 30 days of purchase for any reason for a full refund or exchange. Sale items and custom orders are final sale.

Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of non-sale purchased items for in-stock items or items set for pre-sale. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You will have the option of a refund to your original form of payment or a store credit. Once we receive and inspect you return, you can expect to receive a refund confirmation email within 7 days. Please note that it can take up to 7 days for your credit card account to reflect your refund. Store credits will be emailed the same day your return is processed.
Only regular priced items may be refunded or returned, unfortunately sale items are ALL SALES FINAL.

If you are return shipping an item for refund over $75, we ask that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday (except during the Holidays).
In most cases, your order will be shipped USPS. If your address requires a specific shipping carrier, please let us know in the "notes to seller" at checkout or send us an email.
Jean orders are subject to a 48 hour processing time - if you need jeans expedited please contact us!
We aim to ship all in stock standard orders within 24 hours. Orders received after 12 pm CT will be shipped out the following business day. Please note, the item you bought may be at a show. If this is the case, it may take 1-2 additional days for your order to ship.
If you need something for a particular upcoming show or deadline, please comment in the "Special instructions for the seller" box at checkout and we'll do what we can. The more information for our warehouse the team, the better!

All shirts and Yuccas are handmade items in very limited quantities, you may be contacted by a member of our customer service team about a replacement item if the original item is unavailable - our team will work to find a replacement you are thrilled about or we will issue a full refund for the original item.
If you need your order sent with overnight or 2-day shipping, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or message us on Facebook. We’ll confirm if we can ship your order with the expedited shipping and send you an invoice for the additional shipping charge.
Our shirts tend to run one size larger than typical “Made in China” shirts. For example: if you typically wear a large, we recommend you order a medium in CR. Check out our size chart to see what size will fit best. It is also helpful to measure a shirt you have that fits you well.

In order to offer a wide variety of styles and designs and to keep options fresh, we produce our shirts in limited size quantities. Most shirts are not restocked once they sell out. If there’s a particular shirt you have your eye on, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can check to see if we have any of the fabric left over. If we do, we can recut your size! The recut fee is $50 and typical production time is 4-6 weeks.
